Gathering Voices: Poetry Writing Workshop

  • Boston Public Library 700 Boylston Street Boston, MA, 02116 United States (map)

In honor of National Poetry Month, the BPL is running a series of generative poetry writing workshops! Using poet Marty McConnell’s book “Gathering Voices” as a guide, we’ll look at a different poem each week and then use that poem as inspiration to write one of our own. All poetry writers are welcome from beginner to expert. Registration is recommended.

Instructor Erica Charis-Molling is a published poet, a creative writing instructor for Berklee College of Music's online college, and an M.F.A. candidate at Antioch University.
